Sites for local trades

This is what your site could look like.

Pick your trade below, then compare the Standard build against Premium. Everything you see runs off one page — no separate links to send. When something clicks, get in touch and I'll build the real thing around your business.

A note before you pick

This is the base — not the ceiling.

Every color, section, and animation on this page is a starting point, not a limit. Want more motion than Premium shows here? Less? A different layout, extra pages, a custom interaction built just for you? All of it's on the table. Your site is built around your business, so it won't look like anyone else's — including the other four trades you can preview right here.

02 — Choose a tier

Founding client discount

I'm taking on my first five clients to build out my portfolio. As a founding client, take $1,000 off Standard (pay $200 upfront) or $1,500 off Premium (pay $500 upfront). The founding discount requires the $100/mo retainer, with a 6-month minimum term. Outside the founding round, the retainer is optional — build at full price and skip the monthly if you'd rather.

03 — Do you actually need Premium?

Not every business needs it — here's how to tell.

Not sure yet? Start with Standard. Every Standard build can move to Premium later for the price difference — same content, same structure, just the motion and photo treatment layered on top. No rebuild required.

Who should go Premium

  • The work itself is the pitch — before/after photos and finished spaces are what sells, and scroll motion makes people actually look at them.
  • Higher-ticket, considered purchases, where a polished site signals the same care as the work itself.
  • You're competing with other slick, well-funded businesses online, not just word of mouth.
  • Customers browse and compare before they call — they're not dialing mid-emergency.

Good fit: auto detailing, high-end landscaping & hardscaping, custom home builders, boutique renovations.

Who's fine with Standard

  • The customer is searching because something's broken — they want speed and a phone number, not a design experience.
  • An older or referral-driven customer base, where extra motion can read as salesy instead of trustworthy.
  • Every animation adds load time — a real cost for someone on a bad connection mid-emergency.
  • You want it live fast and affordable, with the option to upgrade once it's already working.

Good fit: plumbing, HVAC repair, appliance repair, handyman, most cleaning services.

04 — Why this works

Built to actually get you calls

Click-to-call, everywhere

Your number is tappable in the header, the hero, and a sticky bar on mobile — the single highest-value element on the page for someone searching mid-emergency.

Fast, mobile-first

No bloated framework, no font-loading delay. Built for a phone on a bad connection, not a laptop with time to browse.

Local SEO, built in

Proper titles, schema markup, and a name/address/phone that matches your Google Business listing exactly — not bolted on after.

Trust signals up front

Years in business, reviews, licensing — the things that turn a stranger into a booked job, front and center instead of buried.

Your photos, not stock

Real jobs, real crew, aerial shots if you've got the footage — not the same stock photography every competitor's site is already using.

Built around you, not a template

This catalog shows the format — your actual site gets your real services, copy, colors, sections, and animations. Add a page, drop one, dial the motion up or down, change anything. You're not locked into what's on screen here.

05 — Who's building this

Nick Pantazopoulos

London, Ontario

I build and run every site myself — no agency, no hand-off to someone overseas. If something needs fixing after launch, you're calling me directly.

What it takes on your end
  1. 1One 15-minute call — tell me about your business, service area, and what you want on the site.
  2. 2Send a few photos — your crew, your work, your storefront. Phone photos are fine.
  3. 3Live in about five days — you review it once, I make changes, it goes live.
